Ingredients:
2 shots espresso, chilled
½ cup oat milk (or replace with your favorite almond milk, soy milk, dairy milk)
1 tsp cacao nibs
2 tbsp Gooey
1 cup ice cubes
Optional: vegan whipped topping
Preparation (3 minutes):
- Combine espresso, oat milk, cacao nibs, Gooey, and ice cubes in a blender until smooth.
- Top with whipped topping.
- Face plant and enjoy :)
